A West Australian handcrafted Baohm knife, with a Jarrah Handle. This tree is endemic to the south-west of Western Australia.
Shaped to perform in the kitchen, with it's rocker action to dice and slice it all.
The blade uses high carbon steel, it remains sharp longer and is easier to sharpen than stainless steel.
