UHC Wootz Small fish is lighter and smaller than its bigger brother, but it is still a very good addition to the kitchen and cooking. Thanks to its light weight, the Small fish floats on water so lakeside fish cleaning won't be a problem. The handle is made from heat treated birch with a linseed oil coating, ensuring a firm grip even when wet. The Small fish, made from hard and durable UHC Wootz steel, comes with Roselli's handcrafted tanned leather sheath.
